The old project quote form was a stumbling block tedious, cluttered, and easy to abandon. Most users never finished it, and those who did were left frustrated and uncertain about next steps.
We rebuilt the experience from the ground up, transforming a clunky form into a streamlined, interactive multi-step flow. Each section feels light and welcoming, guiding users with feedback and progress cues.

Challenges Faced
Users Struggled to Track Their Requests Clearly
Users needed a clearer way to track their past and current requests. It became hard for them to know what was submitted, what was in progress, and whether their requests were actually being processed.
