This case study shows how we designed Allegra, an AI-powered trading app that automates investments with full transparency.
Our solution makes crypto trading simple and transparent. After depositing, the AI trades automatically and shows real-time returns every minute, along with full performance and trade history for trust.
Defining the Problem
Why Existing Crypto Investment Platforms Frustrate Users
When we started this project, it was clear that investors were caught in a frustrating loop. They were either overwhelmed by the high-stress, 24/7 demands of manual trading or struggled to trust automated systems that operated without transparency. We knew there had to be a better way. To truly understand the gaps, we dove into investor workflows and uncovered the core pain points.

Challenges Faced
Designing a Data-Rich Dashboard for Mobile
Designing Allegra for mobile was challenging we needed to fit rich data and features from the desktop version into a smaller screen while keeping everything clear, functional, and easy to navigate.

We kept the mobile design simple with progressive disclosure and clear priorities.
We highlighted key info like the ROI timer and balance on the main screen, keeping extra details in easy-to-access tabs.
A modular card system made complex data simple, with expandable and scrollable cards for smooth navigation.
Intuitive gestures like swiping between chart timeframes or tapping to view trade details kept the interface clean and fluid.
With a mobile-first approach, we turned a complex dashboard into a clear, seamless on-the-go experience.
By focusing on a mobile-first mindset and prioritizing clarity, we successfully translated a powerful, data-heavy dashboard into a seamless and empowering on-the-go experience.
The Results
After launch, Allegra would transform how both novice and experienced investors engage with automated crypto trading, driving seamless adoption and building long-term trust.
